With a background in management consulting and as a former manager in Ford’s internal business process consulting unit, he built his career on operational transformation and supply chain excellence. Recognizing early the strategic impact AI would have on business performance, he positioned change2target at the intersection of operational excellence and AI-powered automation, shaping what the company defines as Intelligent Operations.

A long-standing automotive executive, he served for 14 years as Chairman of Ford of Germany, as Vice President of Ford of Europe’s Customer Service Division, and as President of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). With his board-level experience, he contributes deep industry insight and governance expertise to the strategic development of change2target.
