Improvement and Innovation is the only independent European information portal for issues relating to Six Sigma, Lean and Supply Chain Management as well as Business Excellence. In close cooperation with Europe’s leading heads, Improvement and Innovation provides access to information on its knowledge platform. change2target supports Improvement and Innovation by organizing and conducting Focus Group Meetings in the GSA region.

IPTO | Cologne University of Applied Sciences

The Institute for Production Technology and Organization (IPTO) was founded in 1995 at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. It describes itself as a bridge between theory and practice, with the aim of improving both the strategic and operational aspects of corporate competition for businesses. With its trend-setting research and teaching the IPTO places up-to-the-minute expertise at businesses' disposal for application in a variety of areas. change2target works closely together with IPTO on projects to increase companies’ value.

University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden

The University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden is a modern university in Thuringia offering study in the fields of electronics, computer sciences, engineering, economics and commercial law. change2target sends all lecturers here for the certification as “Business Process Manager (FH)”. The aim of the program is to increase the skills base of future leaders in the areas of Operational Excellence and Lean Management.
