Prior to his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of change2target he served as a Vice President of Ford of Europe and was responsible for all quality functions in the key operational areas, including product development, manufacturing and supplier development. He was the key driver to strengthen Ford's customer satisfaction in Europe.
Martin Fischer
After holding various positions in manufacturing and consulting, Martin (Dipl.-Ing., MBA) has been co-founder and CEO of change2target. He applies his extensive experience in the realization of implementing change programs and ensures that projects are completed to the absolute satisfaction of the client. In addition, Martin lectures in Lean Management and Customer focused Value Management at a number of universities.
Dirk Isenberg
Dirk (Dipl.-Kfm.) is Managing Director of change2target and the main driver in generating new ideas for creating customer value. As founder and board member of Medical Columbus, one of the pioneers and ground breakers in the eHealth market in the German health system, he has forged new pathways in innovation and market development for modern management.
