As chairman of change2target Peter (Dipl.-Ing.) provides his long lasting experience as top manager in the automotive sector. Prior to joining change2target Peter was Vice President of Ford of Europe and responsible for all quality functions in the key operational areas consisting of product development, manufacturing and supplier technical assistance. He was the key driver to enhance and build on the strengths of Ford of Europe's customer satisfaction initiatives.

Martin (Dipl.-Ing., MBA) has been consultant in measurable and sustainable value creation for more than 13 years. He has been serving for blue chip and mid-sized organizations in the automotive, food, and financial sectors.
