Prior to joining change2target Peter was Vice President of Ford of Europe and responsible for all quality functions in the key operational areas consisting of product development, manufacturing and supplier technical assistance. He was the key driver to enhance and build on the strengths of Ford of Europe's customer satisfaction initiatives. Martin Fischer, Managing Director Martin (Dipl.-Ing., MBA) has been consultant in measurable and sustainable value creation for more than 13 years. He has been serving for blue chip and mid-sized organizations in the automotive, food, and financial sectors. His experience in applying lean management on administrative and service environments is key to the success of change2target. Dirk Isenberg, Managing Director Dirk (Dipl.-Kfm.) is a co-founder of change2target and the inventive head of value creation for customers. Besides his management role with change2target he is CEO of Medical Columbus, a pioneer and creator of the eHealth Market in the German health sector.
